The Internet domain https://apex.ses.mir.es/publico/apex and all domains, subdomains and directories included under it (hereinafter jointly referred to as the "Portal") are owned by the Ministry of the Interior, through the Secretary of State for Security and the Centre for Intelligence against Terrorism and Organised Crime (CITCO). They fulfill the function of general information and attention to the citizen in the terms established in Article 4 of Royal Decree 208/1996, of February 9, regulating the services of administrative information and attention to the citizen.
Within the limits of the aforementioned Article 4 of Royal Decree 208/1996, the content organization and choice of links of the Portal have been selected and coordinated by the Center for Intelligence against Terrorism and Organized Crime (CITCO), without any binding legal effect.
The total or partial reproduction of the contents of this Web is prohibited without citing its origin or requesting authorization, except in the pages in which another circumstance is expressly indicated.
The information contained in this website comes from public sources. the Centre for Intelligence against Terrorism and Organized Crime (CITCO), is not liable for any damages that may arise from the use of the information and tools contained in its Portal.
In order to keep up to date the information published on the Portal, the Center for Intelligence against Terrorism and Organized Crime (CITCO) reserves the right to make changes in order to update, correct, modify, add or remove any of its contents or its design at any time, so it is recommended to check its validity or accuracy by using official sources.

Mandatory general conditions
These general conditions, available on a low permanent basis https://apex.ses.mir.es/publico/apex/avisoLegal.html, will bind any re-user agent simply by making use of the documents submitted to them.
Authorisation for re-use and non-exclusive transfer of intellectual property rights
These general conditions permit the re-use of the documents submitted to them for commercial and non-commercial purposes.
Reuse means the use of documents held by the organs of the General Administration of the State and the other bodies and entities of the public sector of the state referred to in article 1.2 of Royal Decree 1495/2011, of 24 October, which develops Law 37/2007, of 16 November, on the reuse of information from the public sector of the state, by natural or legal persons, for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
Authorised re-use includes, by way of illustration, activities such as the copying, dissemination, modification, adaptation, extraction, reordering and combination of information.
The concept of document is that established in Article 3(2) of Law 37/2007, of 16 November, on the reuse of public sector information, so it comprises all information whatever its material or electronic support, as well as its form of graphic, sound or image expression used, including, consequently, also the data at its most disaggregated or “raw” levels.
This authorization also entails the free and non-exclusive transfer of the intellectual property rights, where appropriate, corresponding to such documents, authorizing the carrying out of activities of reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, necessary to develop the authorized re-use activity, in any modality and in any format, for the whole world and for the maximum period allowed by the Law.
General conditions for re-use
The following general conditions apply for the re-use of documents submitted to them:
- It is forbidden to denaturalize the sense of information.
- Reference should be made to the source of the documents subject to re-use. This quote can be made as follows: "Origin of data: Intelligence Center against Terrorism and Organized Crime (CITCO)".
- Mention should be made of the date of the last update of the documents subject to re-use, provided that they were included in the original document.
- It may not be indicated, implied or suggested that the reused Intelligence Centre against Terrorism and Organized Crime (CITCO) participates, sponsors or supports the re-use carried out with it.
- The metadata on the date of update and the applicable re-use conditions included, where appropriate, in the document made available for re-use should be retained, not altered or deleted.
Exclusion of liability
The use of the data sets shall be made by users or re-users at their own risk and at their own expense, and they shall be solely liable to third parties for any damage that may arise from it.
The Centre for Intelligence against Terrorism and Organized Crime (CITCO) shall not be responsible for the use of its information by re-users or for the damage suffered or economic losses that, directly or indirectly, produce or may cause economic, material or data damage caused by the use of the re-used information.
The Centre for Intelligence against Terrorism and Organized Crime (CITCO) does not guarantee continuity in the making available of reusable documents, either in content or in form, nor assumes responsibility for any errors or omissions contained therein.
Re-use agent liability
The re-user agent is subject to the applicable rules on the re-use of public sector information, including the penalty scheme provided for in Article 11 of Law 37/2007 of 16 November on the re-use of public sector information.
